Delivering Prefabs

My father , Frederick Hemmings ,was a Warrant Officer in the Royal Army Service Corps and
discharged from the British Army in early 1946 . He went to stay with his mother in St Annes
on Sea and obtained work delivering prefabs from the factory in Blackpool .
I am interested to know the type of articulated lorry he drove , and to which destinations.
He once told me about being arrested in Bedlington , Northumberland
