Rod lived in a Phoenix prefab at 12 Gristock Rd and with my Gran, on the Clarkson Estate at number 9 Lane 10, late 40’s early 50’s.
NB The Clarkson Estate comprised over 200 prefabs on Dereham Road, Gentry Road, Marl Pit Lane, Jamieson, Knowland and Gristock Roads to the west of Norwich centre.
