My name is Roger Collins and I lived at 108 Houseland Road, Mottingham until were were rehoused in 1958/9
to Riverpark Gardens , Ravensbourne.
In fact the picture that is on your website which was submitted by my near neighbour Sonja Buller
is of my dog Lassie who was a stray who we took in and loved until she passed away.
Like almost every child that lived on the Chinbrook Prefab Estate I went to Marvels lane Primary/Junior School.
I have many joyful memories of living and growing up on the estate , with friends such as Brian and David Medway ,
Chris Basham , Tony Webb, Alan Priddle , Geoff Fuller and Billy Mann , happy days .
